Qualifications

• 1 year of teller or cash-handling experience in a financial/retail setting.

• Ability to recognize cross-sell opportunities and refer to appropriate partners.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and build rapport to provide outstanding personalized service.
• Assist clients in the lobby and refer to the right banker for financial needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maximizing sales potential per interaction.
