First Central Saving Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to assist clients, open new accounts, verify customer identities, and support teller and cash vault transactions with accuracy and efficiency. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service while promoting bank products and staying current on bank policies.

The Universal Banker will maintain knowledge of federal and state banking regulations and procedures, handle cash transactions, and assist customers with questions about services.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Banking is required.
• Knowledge of Banking procedures and regulations is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Advanced knowledge in computer skills and software usage is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain exceptional customer service, greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Accurately process transactions and open new accounts with proper identification.
• Assist customers with transactions and bank products, promoting sales and servicing.
• Stay updated on Federal and State banking laws and bank policies.
• Handle teller duties, cash shipments, and currency/coin validation accurately.
• Monitor branch cash supply and prepare assigned reports timely.
• Address customer questions about banking products and services and resolve issues.
• Keep current knowledge of new account opening procedures and bank products.
