The First Interstate Bank Grand Island branch seeks a Teller to handle daily teller transactions in the lobby and drive-up, delivering outstanding client service while building and maintaining client relationships by identifying referrals for additional products and services.

The role requires accuracy, discretion with confidential information, strong math and communication skills, and a willingness to learn as you contribute to team success and community service initiatives at the Grand Island

Responsabilidades

• Process deposits, loan payments, checks, and other teller transactions with accuracy.
• Answer client questions in person and by phone.
• Prepare currency reports and perform routine cash handling.
• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to bankers.
• Record activities and referrals using the bank's systems.
• Process credit card applications and other client requests.
• Maintain cash drawer and ensure proper cash supplies.
• Follow bank operations and security procedures and participate in dual-control tasks.
• Protect client information and maintain confidentiality.
• Attend training sessions and support team goals.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
