Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, mortgage payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Deliver personalized service in person and on the phone, addressing client needs.
• Assist with currency exchanges and other special client requests.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and perform daily reconciliations.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to bankers as appropriate.
