Responsibilities

Serve as the primary, go-to point of contact for clients from greeting to resolution.
Build trusted, long-term relationships through follow-through and white-glove service.
Manage client interactions across in-person, phone, and written communication.
Identify sales opportunities during every client interaction and conduct outbound calls.
Present solutions with confidence and close deals with no handoffs.
Support branch leadership with daily operational tasks.
Navigate ambiguous situations with good judgment while balancing client needs with guidelines.
