Job summary

Northern Bank is seeking a Sales & Service Associate - Float to be the face of our branches here in Woburn, MA. The role requires owning the client relationship from start to finish and traveling to multiple branches as needed.

You will handle in-person, phone, and written client interactions, building lasting relationships through white-glove service while supporting branch leadership with daily tasks and ensuring guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of client-facing sales or service experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients from greeting to resolution.
• Build trusted relationships through consistent follow-through and white-glove service.
• Manage client interactions across in-person, phone, and written channels.
• Identify sales opportunities during each client interaction and conduct outbound calls.
• Present solutions and close without handoffs.
• Assist branch leadership with daily operational tasks.
