Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in the branch, delivering hospitality-centric client service and leveraging our digital tools to meet banking needs. You will build and manage client relationships, tailor recommendations, and collaborate with specialists to resolve complex financial requests.

The role requires 1+ year of sales in retail banking, strong communication, and ability to work weekends/evenings in a branch environment with adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• National mortgage licensing requirements may apply.
• Licensing requirements must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and address client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, procedures, and consult with team of experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
