Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and adherence to risk and compliance.
• Must meet branch-hour requirements, including weekends and some evenings.
• High school diploma or GED; licensing requirements to be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
