Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to welcome clients, understand financial needs, and offer thoughtful banking solutions using Chase’s digital tools. You will develop lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding service in a branch setting.

The role emphasizes hospitality, sales, and compliance with regulatory requirements, including SIE and FINRA licensing, with training provided. Weekend/evening hours may be required as part of branch coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6 and state licenses (63 if required) required or to be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to meet sales targets while complying with policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for in-person and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
