Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Explain banking solutions and connect clients to experts for needs.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and stay compliant.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
