JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a California branch. You will represent our brand with hospitality, manage client relationships, and use cutting-edge banking solutions to meet financial needs and simplify customers’ lives.

You will collaborate with specialists to tailor financial solutions, promote Chase digital tools, and ensure compliant, high-quality service. Weekend and some evenings hours are required to support branch coverage.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses.
• Available to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• High school degree or GED.
• Licensing through JPMC’s program within 180 days.

Aufgaben

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
