• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on banking products and self-serve solutions; refer to specialists as needed.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions within established limits.
• Escalate non-standard issues and ensure compliance with policies.
