Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working with customers or in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred; Teller training and platform training provided on hire.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform everyday banking transactions on teller line or platform.
• Provide education and guidance on TD products and services to customers.
• Open new accounts and manage customer relationships.
• Deliver consultative support and proactive recommendations to customers.
• Manage lead generation activities and schedule appointments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policy, procedures and regulatory requirements.
