Responsibilities

• Open and service consumer deposit accounts while identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels to improve convenience and enhance the banking experience.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing fast, easy, and personalized service while building strong client relationships.
• Process a variety of banking transactions, account maintenance requests, and operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Protect client and bank information by following all privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, bank policies, and procedures, including BSA, OFAC, audit, and security requirements.
• Complete required training in a timely manner and maintain current knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and regulatory requirements.
