Job summary

Academy Bank is seeking a Personal Banker who builds lasting client relationships and helps clients achieve their financial goals. You will drive new business, deliver tailored banking solutions, and provide exceptional service in a collaborative branch team environment.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach, cross-selling deposit, digital banking, and lending products while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Prior banking or sales experience and a state Notary license are valued.

• Proven sales and relationship-building skills with ability to identify needs and tailor financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and deepen client relationships through outbound calls and group presentations of banking products.
• Provide fast, personalized service, resolve issues promptly, and take ownership of client needs.
• Meet or exceed sales, referral, and retention goals through relationship management and sales strategies.
• Identify client financial needs and provide tailored deposit, digital banking, credit cards, and lending solutions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels.
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
• Open and service accounts, process transactions, and complete documentation per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies.
• Complete required training and stay current on products and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
