Academy Bank, N.A. is seeking a Personal Banker to build and strengthen client relationships by understanding financial needs and delivering tailored banking solutions. You will open accounts, process transactions, and promote bank products while collaborating with teammates to meet branch goals.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months sales experience preferred.
• NMLS licensing required.

Mansioni

• Open and service consumer deposit accounts and promote banking products.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels.
• Provide fast, personalized service while building client relationships.
• Process banking transactions and account maintenance tasks accurately.
• Protect client and bank information per privacy and security standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete required training and stay updated on products and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
