Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a dynamic representative to serve as the first point of contact for our financial center clients, identifying personal banking needs and offering tailored solutions. You will help clients with self-service transactions, deepen relationships, and connect them to specialists for expanded services.

You will proactively reach out to clients, maintain follow-up routines, and support a high standard of client care while complying with regulations and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
• Confident in identifying solutions for helping new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Bilingual Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Partners with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions.
• Educates clients on self-service transactions and digital tools.
• Leverages resources to optimize the client experience and ensure accuracy.
• Follows established processes and regulatory requirements for daily banking activities.
• Manages client interactions with appropriate actions for the bank and clients.
