Academy Bank, N.A. is seeking a Personal Banker to build client relationships by understanding financial needs and delivering tailored banking solutions.

You will open accounts, process transactions, educate clients on digital tools, and promote bank products while ensuring compliance and a strong client experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months sales experience preferred.
• Previous banking experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Open and service consumer deposit accounts; promote banking products and services.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels.
• Provide fast, personalized service and resolve inquiries.
• Process banking transactions and account maintenance tasks.
• Protect client and bank information per privacy and security requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies.
• Complete required training and stay updated on policies and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
