Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately.
• Ability to organize work and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets.
• Basic math skills including cash handling and percentages.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and office equipment.
• Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered.

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, easy, and personal client service aligned with standards.
• Promotes bank products to clients and prospects using direct sales techniques.
• Achieves specific sales goals daily, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Develops relationships with partners to maximize opportunities and sales.
• Opens and services accounts, processes transactions, and recommends products.
• Educates clients on digital banking platforms and self-service channels.
• Refers products across lines and resolves client issues promptly.
• Maintains regulatory compliance in documentation and procedures.
• Protects client information and follows company policies.
• Supports branch operations with cash handling and audits as needed.
• Stays compliant with BSA/OFAC and internal policies through training.
• Completes monthly training on regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
