You will manage a portfolio of 70–90 business clients, delivering deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000 while focusing on client experience and risk management.

Regular in-person calls, strong relationship development, and collaboration with partners across lines of business are key.

Qualifications

• 1 year in Business Banking Relationship Management or related business lending experience
• Knowledge of core business products/services and industry practices
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners
• Balance client needs with firm risk; know when to escalate
• Prioritize actions to achieve business objectives; own problems
• Proficiency with MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain 70–90 business clients with $1–$5M revenue; provide deposits and cash management; manage credit up to $500k
• Deliver customized banking solutions tailored to client needs
• Identify and promote solutions supporting client profitability and risk management
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their business locations
• Identify and pursue new business clients for long-term banking relationships
• Collaborate with partners across Chase lines of business to meet client needs
• Support branches and adhere to regulatory and risk management protocols
