Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to grow and manage a portfolio of 70-90 small business clients. You will provide financial advice, deposits, cash management, and credit solutions up to $500,000 while strengthening client relationships and managing risk.

You will engage directly with clients at their business sites, coordinate with Wealth Management and Home Lending teams, and drive outcomes aligned with branch objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending role.
• Knowledge of business credit, core products, and industry practices.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and to escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million.
• Provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions and risk-appropriate advice to clients.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects and COIs, refining relationship strategies with management oversight.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial goals.
• Support branches and comply with risk management and regulatory requirements.
