Job summary

Chase in Nashville is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to welcome clients, understand their financial needs, and offer thoughtful solutions using banking tools. You will build relationships that foster trust and guide clients to Chase digital channels and personalized services.

Responsibilities include meeting clients in person or by phone, educating them on technology, and coordinating with specialists to address complex financial needs while adhering to branch policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Meet with branch assigned clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
