Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Nashville to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting. You will greet clients, handle transactions, open accounts, and guide customers to digital tools, while upholding banking policies and providing thoughtful service.

Qualifications

• Strong client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, open new accounts, and adhere to policies and banking regulations.
• Educate clients on self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge and solutions.
• Assist branch operations including cash devices while following bank procedures.
