InnoSource is seeking a Client-First Center Advocate to join a financial institution in Ohio. The role focuses on handling inbound calls about banking products, account information, and online banking, while building trust with customers and delivering exceptional service.

You will resolve issues efficiently, meet performance targets, and apply problem-solving skills across multiple systems. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotating Saturdays.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior call center experience is a plus.
