Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank in Powell, OH seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming service calls about existing deposit and loan accounts, online banking, and related inquiries.

You will perform follow-ups from inbound calls, make outbound service calls, and promote bank products and services while maintaining up-to-date knowledge and delivering timely, accurate information to clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Exceptional customer service skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn company utilized systems.
• Ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours, with possible shift changes.

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming service calls from customers including but not limited to: existing deposit and loan account inquiries, account maintenance requests, and Online Banking inquiries.
• Completes client follow up resulting from inbound calls and outbound calls to other departments.
• Makes outbound client service and support calls.
• Initiates and actively participates in client conversations to determine and address client needs.
• Actively seeks financial products and services referrals and refers bank products and services.
• Participates in departmental sales contests to support referral goals.
• Maintains urgency and achieves Quality Service Goals in daily activities.
• Completes self-education assignments and uses non-phone time to review resources.
