Job summary

InnoSource in Ohio is seeking a Client-First Center Advocate to join a financial institution focused on customer service excellence. You will receive paid training and work in a supportive team environment to grow your career.

You’ll handle inbound calls about banking products and online banking, build trust with customers, resolve issues, and strive to exceed performance targets on a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Preferred: prior call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the customer: Handle inbound calls about banking products, account information, and online banking.
• Build meaningful connections: Deliver exceptional service, establish trust, and foster positive relationships with customers.
• Resolve issues efficiently: Research concerns, address complaints and disputes, and provide timely, professional solutions.
• Achieve performance goals: Work collaboratively and independently to exceed targets for call handling, availability, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Apply problem-solving skills: Navigate multiple systems and resources to find answers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM, with rotating Saturdays.
