In this role you will greet clients, assist with account openings, and educate customers on digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with tablets and scheduling.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Develop relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with branch teammates.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in adherence with bank policies.
