Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver outstanding client experiences in our branch. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, open accounts, and provide guidance on digital banking tools such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will build trusted relationships by listening to client needs, sharing product knowledge, and collaborating with team members to meet financial goals. Branch operations and cash handling may be involved as part of daily duties.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, assist with opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions with team support.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling per bank policies.
