You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers in using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Strong communication and relationship skills are essential to succeed in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated client service experience or comparable.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and understand client needs.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, with clients.
• Proactive problem solving with attention to detail.
• Comfort with using technology in banking services.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices, while adhering to bank procedures.
