Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and guide clients through digital banking tools to meet their financial goals. You will greet clients, open new accounts, and support everyday banking needs with a client-first approach.

You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and partner with the team to ensure a high-quality, compliant client experience.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the branch team.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
