Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Virginia to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted client relationships. You will greet clients, assist with account openings, and guide customers through Chase's digital tools while following policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong customer-service skills and hospitality mindset.
Ability to learn products, procedures and digital tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
Open new accounts and perform account servicing in line with policies and regulations.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com).
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions with team support.
Support branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies.
