Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to learn products, services quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with hospitality, greet them at the door, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, mobile apps, online banking, and ATM usage.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices, following bank policies and procedures.
