Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver personable, attentive service in a branch setting. You will greet clients, assist with accounts, educate on digital banking options, and build trusted relationships to help clients meet their financial goals.

You will support day-to-day banking activities, collaborate with team members, and adhere to regulatory requirements while providing a welcoming, inclusive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Requires client service experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrates ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Strong communication to understand and help clients.
• Able to quickly learn banking products, services and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and new account openings in compliance with policies.
• Explain and assist with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Develop meaningful client relationships by listening and offering product solutions.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in accordance with procedures.
