Job summary

TD Bank Bedford is seeking an Associate Banker II to deliver everyday banking services and support consumer product needs while building meaningful relationships with accuracy, confidence, and clarity. You will act as the first point of contact, guiding clients through transactions and educating them on digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the client experience by managing in-person and phone inquiries.
• Serves as hospitality ambassador delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities.
• Proactively schedules appointments for consumer accounts and refers to specialists.
• Ensures policy compliance and risk awareness in all interactions.
