You will greet clients, guide them through services, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver seamless service, while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in client service or retail is helpful.
• Ability to explain banking products and services clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and guiding them to service channels.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions to help clients meet financial goals.
• Assist with cash handling and branch operations in line with bank procedures.
