Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to create welcoming experiences, greet clients, and manage lobby flow while delivering attentive service. You will build trusted client relationships and help them achieve financial goals using Chase products and digital tools.

You will educate customers on everyday banking, open accounts, and collaborate with the branch team to provide seamless service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Strong desire to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, check-in, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on daily banking and digital self-service options via mobile app, website, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge as a team.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, in accordance with policies.
