Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality, build trusted relationships with clients, and represent our brand in the branch.

You will greet clients, open and service accounts, educate customers on Chase Mobile App and digital tools, and collaborate with the branch team to help clients reach their financial goals while following all policies and procedures. You will also assist with cash handling and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Clear and polite communication to understand and help clients.
• Collaborative work with branch team to deliver seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open and service accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices following bank policies.
