Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering attentive service while using the latest banking solutions and technologies. You will build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients achieve their financial goals.

You will assist with day-to-day banking, including opening accounts, handling transactions, and guiding customers through Chase Mobile App and ATMs, while collaborating with the branch team to meet branch goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies/regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in accordance with policies.
