Job summary

Chase is looking for an Associate Banker to join our Encino/Panorama City branch in a part-time capacity. You will welcome clients, assist with transactions, and help open new accounts while guiding customers to digital tools such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will build relationships, deliver friendly service, and work with colleagues to help clients achieve their financial goals. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to greet clients, build relationships, and identify client needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted relationships by listening and understanding client goals.
• Perform branch operations in accordance with policies and procedures.
