Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policy and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient banking.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding clients to specialist teams.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
