Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service or retail banking preferred.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and assist with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on banking options and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships through active listening and thoughtful questions.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
