Job summary

You will use Chase Mobile App and other digital tools to assist clients, explain banking solutions, and build trusted relationships within the branch team. As part of Chase, you will contribute to the branch’s success by greeting clients, opening new accounts, and guiding customers through transactions with empathy and care, while adhering to policies and regulatory

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
