• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices handling while adhering to bank policies.
