Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-driven service and build trusted client relationships. You will utilize banking solutions and fintech tools to help clients achieve their financial goals, while maintaining full compliance with policies.

You will greet clients, open accounts, educate on digital options, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless, positive branch experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options (mobile app, website, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening and asking thoughtful questions while sharing solutions with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations and handle cash devices in line with bank policies.
