Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Serve clients with account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies.
