Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a branch, delivering welcoming, consultative service and using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs to meet clients' financial needs. You will acquire, manage and retain client relationships, tailor product recommendations, educate customers on solutions, and collaborate with specialists while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with team support.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
