Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent JPMorganChase in a branch, delivering hospitality and guiding clients with modern banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships, tailoring recommendations to financial needs while leveraging Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs.

The role requires 1+ year in retail banking sales, exceptional communication, and the ability to work weekends. Licensing in SIE/Series 6/Life/NMLS is required within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product benefits.
• Excellent in-person and phone communication with diverse clients.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and care.
• Meet risk and compliance requirements and complete required training.
• Must work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
