You will represent the brand with hospitality, acquire, manage, and retain clients, coordinating with specialists for complex needs.

This role requires 1+ year in retail banking sales, appropriate licenses (SIE, Series 6, state registration incl. 63), and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6; state registration incl. 63; Life licenses required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory requirements; complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures; collaborate with experts to address financial needs for clients.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
