Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks a Regular full-time Teller/Client Services Associate to provide timely and accurate client transactions, maintain precise records, and safeguard all monies. You will educate clients on digital banking, assist with outbound calls, support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), and participate in leadership routines to drive service quality.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, cash handling or teller experience, strong communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; some travel and overnights may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach, identifying needs, and referring to branch team members or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and meetings to advance product knowledge for serving consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workflow based on branch demands.
