Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients entering the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, using mobile apps, online banking, and ATMs to meet needs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling devices while adhering to policies and procedures.
